1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kogniora Global EdTech website ("Website") and apply to all training programmes, products, and services offered by Kogniora Global EdTech Private Limited ("Kogniora", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our Website, registering for a course, or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By registering for a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

3. Course Registration & Payment

• Individual course registrations are processed through Eventbrite or other authorised booking platforms.
• Corporate bookings may be processed directly by Kogniora through quotations, purchase orders, or invoices.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before the commencement of the course.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes, duties, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly included in the quoted price.
• Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to their respective terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Kogniora reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Course Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received or written confirmation has been issued by Kogniora. Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information.

5. Cancellation, Transfers & Refunds

• Seven (7) or more calendar days before the scheduled course start date: Full refund. Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
• Less than seven (7) calendar days before the course start date: No refund will be issued. Participants may transfer to a future scheduled session of the same course (subject to availability) or receive a training credit valid for twelve (12) months.
• No-Show: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or training credit.
• Course Cancellation by Kogniora: If Kogniora cancels a course, participants will be offered a full refund, transfer to the next available course, or transfer to another equivalent course of the same value. Kogniora is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or other personal expenses incurred by participants.

6. Participant Substitution

Corporate clients may substitute one registered participant for another at no additional charge by notifying Kogniora at least 24 hours before the course begins.

7. Course Delivery

Kogniora strives to deliver all courses as advertised. However, we reserve the right to substitute trainers, modify course schedules, change the training venue within the same city, reschedule a course where necessary, or change the delivery format between classroom and virtual training due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will not materially affect the quality or learning objectives of the programme.

8. Virtual Training Requirements

Participants attending online programmes are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, suitable computer equipment, and access to any required software. Kogniora is not responsible for technical issues arising from the participant's equipment, software, or internet connection.

9. Certificates

Certificates of Completion are issued to participants who successfully complete the full duration of the course and meet any applicable participation requirements. Printed certificates are normally provided for classroom training, while electronic certificates are normally issued for virtual training. Partial attendance may not qualify for certification unless expressly approved by Kogniora.

10. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the programme. Kogniora reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behaviour is abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, manuals, videos, templates, assessments, graphics, logos, course content, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Kogniora or its licensors. Participants may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, record, upload, sell, sublicense, share, or otherwise exploit any course materials, including for training artificial intelligence models or similar technologies, without prior written permission from Kogniora. Course materials are licensed solely for the personal or internal business use of the registered participant.

12. Recording Policy

Photography, audio recording, video recording, screen recording, livestreaming, or any other form of recording during training sessions is prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from Kogniora. Kogniora may occasionally record portions of training sessions for quality assurance, training, or internal purposes, and participants will be informed where applicable.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious software, interfere with Website operations, or use the Website for unlawful purposes. Kogniora reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.

14. Third-Party Services

Our Website and booking process may utilise third-party service providers, including payment processors, virtual meeting platforms, and event registration systems. Your use of such services may also be subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. Kogniora is not responsible for the operation, availability, or content of third-party platforms.

15. Privacy

Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

16. Disclaimer

Our training programmes are intended for educational and professional development purposes. While every effort is made to provide accurate, practical, and up-to-date information, participation in our programmes does not guarantee any particular business, financial, career, certification, employment, or commercial outcome.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kogniora's total liability arising from any course or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for that course or service. Kogniora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Force Majeure

Kogniora shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, government restrictions, labour disputes, power failures, internet outages, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

19. Amendments

Kogniora may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication on this Website. Continued use of the Website or participation in our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
